    Carrots & Mustard Seeds - Carrots are roasted and tempered with black mustard seeds.

    Curried Potatoes & Caramelized Onions - Onions are caramelized and combined with potatoes with our house made curry spice blend

    Turmeric Rice - White rice is cooked in a Turmeric infused broth.
